Gourav Sharma was Champion of Champions in all yoga competitions in India and International Yoga Championship globally and has embraced yoga since the age of 4. Gourav’s Yoga Achievements includes Yoga King, Bharat Yoga Ratna Award, Yoga Shree, Yoga Kumar and Many more champions of champions Award. 

Gourav started teaching yoga since 2007 in India and from 2012 in Vietnam. Gourav is a Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) from Yoga Alliance. He is also a Certified Yoga Teacher from SVYASA (Bangalore, India). With a diploma in Yoga Therapy & Physiotherapy from Shivananda Health Society, he has over more than 25 years of experience of Practicing Yoga. 

Gourav teaches Hatha Yoga for all levels, Ashtanga Yoga, asana and pranayama, Yoga Twist, Gentle Yoga, Power Yoga, Shivananda Yoga, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa flow and Yoga Meditation and many more. Gourav’s teaching comes from a belief that yoga is a way of life. Gourav is grateful to all his teachers including Master Nanda Dulal Dutta, Master Sumesh Vasudevan and his all friends in team for their guidance and nurture throughout his years of practice.
